New Managers often feel like they have the pieces of what they need to be successful but without a clear picture of how they all go together. In this session, they’ll learn how to put those pieces together by applying their strengths, shifting their inner and outer dialogue, and using the SOAR framework to lead with clarity, coach with confidence, and help their teams grow.
